Single Leaf Fire-Proof Door REI 120

Single leaf fire-proof door REI 120 certified to EN 1634-1 (latest European fire-rated doors directive), with 60 mm leaf thickness. SANDWICH type door leaf is made of galvanized sheet steel, thickness 0.8 mm, and internal fulfillment from fireproof thermal and sound insulating material with a base of mining fibers (100 kg/m³ density), with 2 safety bolts at the back side.

The frame is made of galvanized sheet steel profile, thickness 1.5 mm, with adjustable hinges, while there are two holes for the support and provided with thermoexpanding gasket perimetrically, width 28 mm. The width of the frame is 56 mm for its powerful support, accompanied by the same top side part and down side part so as to have the ability of being placed with a right or left opening. One of the heavy bearing type adjustable hinges has the ability of adjusting itself, so that it functions also as mechanism of reintroduction. The lock is made from entire steel with handles and escutcheons, fireproof, according to DIN 18273 FS. The lock is protected internally and externally by 10 mm thick plasterboard.

All fire-proof doors are electrostatic painted with RAL7035 anti-scratch (grey) or in other color in case of agreement. Following on demand we can install a panic bar, electromagnet (floor or wall) which will immobilize the door leaf in open position or hydraulic reintroduction mechanism in case of mass usage.

All fire-proof doors are accompanied with the necessary legal certificates (approval and conformity declaration), following tests that took place in European laboratories, according to the latest European Directive EN 1634-1.
